Hey there! I sometimes need a little kick in the pants to help me stay on track, how about you? Let’s be there for each other. To get a my fitness in each day I do a Beachbody On Demand workout. There are so many to choose from and they are for all levels of fitness. (Trust me, I can do three push-ups now!)
Why do I love Beachbody On Demand?
Honestly, I’m not the most athletic person. I don’t have the best coordination. Okay, I have terrible coordination. I have fallen more than once, in public, for apparently no reason. I’m a terrible dancer. I went to a Zumba class once. Um yeah, I’m still embarrassed, and that was two years ago. The biggest draw to Beachbody On Demand for me is that I can do it from home, on my TV, computer or smartphone, without feeling like everyone is looking at me.
Plus, I’m a mom of young kids. It’s hard to get out of the house. I used to drive to the gym, wait for machines (that were kind of gross), do my workout, drive home and shower. I could get that workout done (and more) at home in the same amount of time, during the little one’s nap time. And I wouldn’t have to deal with the meat-market that is the gym here in Scottsdale. (Um gross.)

If you are ready to jump in and join a monthly challenge group, then heck yeah! What’s stopping you? You will be checking in with your daily workouts, your successes and your failures. (Don’t worry, we all fail sometimes.) I will be right there with you. You can ask any questions. Especially questions regarding a low carb lifestyle, meal planning or intermittent fasting. Plus there will be an increased focus on nutrition. You will need to have a paid membership to Beachbody On Demand.
For the workouts you will need a mat, a set of weights, ideally a light set and a heavier set (I just use a 5 lbs set) or a resistance band.
