Make this blue cheese dip to accompany your favorite snacks and veggies. This recipe has a bit of tang and a lot of flavor!
This creamy blue cheese dip is very flavorful, without being overpowering. I’ve had blue cheese dips and dressings that tasted like a mouthful of funky cheese and, well, it’s just too much. This dip has balance.

A good homemade dip is always the first thing I look for when at a party. The second thing I look for is a low carb way to shovel that dip into my mouth. Typically it’s a vegetable, like broccoli or cauliflower, or radishes if I’m lucky.

I always add just a bit of sriracha sauce to my dips and dressings. I don’t add enough to make it spicy, but I do add enough to get a little extra flavor to each bite. If it were up to my family members, I would add so much sriracha that the dip would be pink.
