  • Today was one of those mornings when 11 am couldn’t come fast enough, since that’s the time I break my 16:8 fast. So I killed time by making a garlic herb cream cheese spread and then I put it on my eggs this morning with some leftover ground beef. OMG it is the best thing I’ve eaten all week. Even my toddler loved it! It was obviously hard to get pics with her digging in!

I’ll put the recipe for the garlic herb cream cheese spread up on the blog this afternoon. Until then, I’m going to devour what’s left of my eggs.
