Having a speciality cocktail is one of my favorite things about brunch. This Sugar-free hibiscus tea and lime sparkling cocktail is great because it’s so simple, yet tasty! The tea is made via the Cold Brew method, so it’s made the day before. Tupperware has this Cold Brew Carafe which makes making the tea a cinch! Of course it can be used with coffee too.
Cold brew allows for slow and gentle steeping, which results in smooth tasting tea and coffee! You can find Tupperware’s Cold Brew Carafe and other solutions on their site HERE.
So once you have your tea brewed, it’s time to make your cocktail! The hibiscus tea I made is not sweet, but that’s okay because the Torani Sugar-Free Lime syrup totally makes up for that!
Torani syrups are my favorite way to add flavor to my beverages and desserts! I’m a huge fan of their sugar-free line and there are so many options. My favorite flavors are the Torani Sugar-Free Irish Cream Syrup and the Torani Sugar-Free Raspberry Syrup!

Grab a shaker…this one from Tupperware works, put in a couple of ice cubes and pour in one and a half cups of your cold brew tea, then add half a cup of the Torani Sugar-Free Lime Syrup. Shake, shake, shake! Then pour about 1/3 of a cup into your champagne flute.
Now is the time to add the bubbles! I always choose a Brut because it is supposed to be lower in carbs and have less sugar than some of the sweeter sparkling wines. Pop that top and charge your tea with the bubbles.
Finally, cheers your friends and enjoy!
