I kind of miss peaches in the summer. One medium fresh peach has almost 12 net carbs, so I don’t really touch them. The kids love peaches, and I love getting a whiff when slice them up. I found some Torani Sugar Free Peach Syrup at World Market a few weeks ago and I can’t get enough. Pour a little bit in some black ice tea…oh my gosh! So good!
The rosemary infused vodka came about as an experiment. I don’t think I’ve ever infused vodka before, but I had some leftover rosemary, so I washed it, put it in a jar and poured in vodka. I then sealed it and forgot about it. Literally, I forgot about it. It had gotten pushed back in the cupboard and I found it a month later. Originally, I was going to infuse it for day or two. But a month works as well. The essence of rosemary is strong and delicious.
